Graeme Carswell Plaque Finds a Permanent Home

After contacting a few members of Delta Council about a permanent spot for Graeme’s “Follow Your Dreams” plaque, Daniel Boisvert and Josh Turner at Parks and Rec helped establish a place at Winskill Aquatic Centre.

Graeme’s parents Kathleen and Kim Carswell attended on Monday, December 16th, 2024 when it was put up for display.

Falcons Field Hockey Club are excited to see Graeme’s plaque on display in the community.
